Legal consulting service, Inc provides attorneys, a safe and secure environment for maintaining the integrity of evidence during the entire litigation process.
TRANSPORTATION:
Legal consulting service, Inc can provide transportation of evidentiary vehicles and contents to our storage facility. Prior to and during transportation, the evidence is documented by videotape and photographs. The utmost care is taken in transporting your evidence. We take appropriate precautions to insure the integrity of the evidence as it is transported to our storage facility. If needed, we can transport your vehicular evidence to other locations such as the accident scene or the courthouse for jury examination.
STORAGE:
We provide either indoor and outdoor evidence storage based upon your request. Indoor vehicles are placed at ground level. Vehicles remain at this facility until the client instructs otherwise.
INSPECTION:
We provide an open inspection with on-site digital photography and videotaping. Appropriate tools are available for allowing a thorough physical inspection of the vehicle. Basic tools, equipment, and assistance are provided at no additional charge.
We also provide a conference area and deposition area should your expert require access to evidence through the course of their deposition. Also availble is computer access, fax and photocopy service all at no additional charge.
DISPOSITION:
When there is no further need for the vehicle, Legal consulting service, Inc can provide services to legally and properly dispose of your evidence. The client may wish to have it returned to the owner, sold for salvage, or crushed and destroyed keeping it from becoming a source of financial profit. The status of the evidence will be properly documented to assure that your instructions are carried out.
